What is spiritual direction?
All spiritual direction services are offered through online video conferencing nationally and internationally. The rate for those sessions are $50-$75 for 60 minutes. Spiritual direction is offered on a once per month basis.
Well first, the term ‘direction’ is a misnomer. In spiritual direction, my role is to not to direct you, but to help you feel clearly directed by God. There are times in our lives where it is hard to discern what God is saying to us. There is a lot of noise, clutter, and distraction. It can be difficult to filter through this noise on your own. You also may not feel comfortable sharing the extent of your troubles with those you know.
You may have already done therapy or feel you are not in need of it, but you still find yourself struggling with persistent concerns and want out of the cycle you are in. As your spiritual director, I help you by creating a calm space for you to share what troubles you. We then pray and listen together for the Holy Spirits promptings. Through this experience, you are able to get revelation, resolution, or restore your peace of mind.
